Pursuant to the resolution of the general meeting of members of Hyundai Accounting Corporation held on September 27, 2024,
the Corporation has resolved to effect a corporate division as set forth below.

Creditors having any objection to the said division are hereby requested to submit their objections within one (1) month
from the day following the publication date of this notice.

                                                                                    - Particulars -

1. Method of Division: Hyundai Accounting Corporation shall be divided by establishing a new accounting corporation tentatively
  named Ieum Accounting Corporation, while Hyundai Accounting Corporation shall continue in existence.

2. Liability for Pre-Division Obligations: In accordance with Article 37-2(7) of the Certified Public Accountant Act and Article 539-9(1)
  of the Commercial Act, Hyundai Accounting Corporation and the tentatively named Ieum Accounting Corporation shall be jointly
  and severally liable for the obligations incurred prior to the division.

3. Capital Reduction: No separate reduction of capital shall be effected.

4. Effective Date of Division: November 1, 2024 (scheduled).
